The people behind the trucks

Meet the owners

Joe

Owner & Master Plumber

Joe is the hands and the heart behind NOW Plumbing. A plumber by trade for over 25 years, he built the company on a simple belief: get in the house, do honest work, and let the results speak. From water heaters and gas lines to whole-home repipes, Joe has seen and fixed just about everything Arizona plumbing can throw at a home. He's the reason every NOW Plumbing truck rolls out stocked with over 7,000 parts, because in his book, "we'll come back next week" isn't an answer. When Joe walks into your home, it gets treated like his own: shoe covers on, work done right, and the job isn't finished until you're 100% happy.

Mercy

Operations & Customer Experience

If Joe is the hands of Now Plumbing, Mercy is the engine. She runs the day-to-day of the business, from scheduling and follow-ups to marketing, and makes sure no customer ever falls through the cracks. Miss a call at midnight? Mercy is the one calling you back personally the next morning. She brings creativity and straight-talk energy to everything the company does, from the ads you see online to the way your appointment gets handled from first ring to final walkthrough. Her philosophy is simple: treat every customer like a neighbor, tell them the truth, and make it easy to say yes.
